  • Research topic: Developing efficient Oxygen Reduction Reaction catalysts using holey TiN nanosheet

1) Topics that I learned & become interested in

- Electrocatalyst (especially, Oxygen Reduction Reaction)

- Crystal structure of solids and properties of nanosheets

- Finding relationships between the experimental conditions and the phase and morphology of the result material

2) Methods that I learned

- Solid state reaction

- Heat treatment under gas flow

- Obtaining nanosheet colloid solution

- Dialysis

- Drying with air oven and vacuum oven

- Preparing ink for ORR measurement

- Preparing sample for SEM, TEM measurement

- Freeze-drying

- Photoreduction using UV light

- Restacking nanosheet colloid with acidic or base solutions

- Making hybrid composite of two nanosheet with different charges

- Powder X-ray diffraction analysis
